Sunrise Detox Cherry Hill is dedicated to making our residential accommodations as comfort-inducing as we can. You’ll live in one of our tasteful, well-equipped rooms with a private bathroom and a television. This room is semi-private with no more than one roommate. Private rooms are available by request. Group and individual therapy is held within a welcoming setting. Whenever you feel up to it, you are invited to watch TV or take time for a game in our community areas or step out to the exterior patio. And we provide chef-cooked snacks and meals.

Yes, you can bring your cell phone. However, our staff will keep it in a secure area following your admission. Whenever you must review messages or return a pressing call, you are able to ask a staff member for your phone or to place a call with our centralized phone room.

We authorize the use of women’s and men’s razors, but our staff will store them for you.All you have to do is speak with a team member to check it out.

We understand the crucial emotional support animals offer patients and we will allow them. Please let our admissions team know prior to your arrival if you are bringing a service animal. You will need to show the proper certification for your animal during intake.

During our admission process, we will complete a thorough medical assessment to understand what kinds of substances are in your body and how you can safely begin detoxification. You’ll sign authorizations for emergency contacts and information for family members. Then we’ll remove any controlled or prohibited materials you have brought before assisting you into your bedroom.

We know how critical family is throughout your alcohol or drug addiction recovery. With that being said, our services are most successful if you are able to get away from external factors to concentrate on the challenge of detox and recovery. For this reason, we do not allow family visits. However, you are free to speak with those who care about you via the facility’s phone. We can also keep your family and emergency contact informed of your status.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. To conform with federal regulations, we maintain the confidentiality of all patient information. We are required to not communicate to any external group or individual that you are in attendance, and we are bound not to divulge any documentation labeling you as having a substance use disorder unless you provide written consent. You will be provided with a printout of our confidentiality policy during the admission process.

We tailor your medications to your needs formulated upon your medical appraisal and what substances you need to detox from. Our clinicians are skilled at timing treatment to steer clear of adverse side effects. They can also help you manage your own prescription medications and dispense other medicine to control withdrawal symptoms as required.

We are pleased to take a multitude of insurance plans. Whenever you contact us to request a spot at our location, we will gather your insurance information and confirm it with your provider. We can’t take Medicare/Medicaid currently.

Yes, you can be admitted if you don’t have healthcare coverage. During the admission process, we’ll be pleased to explore suitable payment options.

We will not discharge you without a plan for future treatment established. Our aim is to get you stabilized with detox and prepared to seek other rehab programs as you move toward enduring sobriety. Prior to your departure, we are able to help you contact a residential treatment center or a range of outpatient services.
